As an Assistant Manager, you and your team ensure that everything runs smoothly and that guests can enjoy a snack and a drink in a relaxed manner. You are also responsible for:

• Operational management of a large team;
• Administrative tasks;
• Training and educating colleagues;
• You are the point of contact for both colleagues and guests and ensure that excellent quality and service is provided;
• Helping to determine the layout of the daily staffing.

You will work at a large, friendly catering company with an enthusiastic team. You will be rewarded with a salary of €2,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience based on a full-time working week and excluding 8% holiday pay. As an Assistant Manager you meet the following requirements: * Experience in a similar position or willing to take the next step; * Diploma in social hygiene and basic knowledge of HACCP is an advantage; * You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality; * Extensive product and professional knowledge; * You can switch gears well and understand the wishes of the guests perfectly; * You are a motivator, hospitable, a team player, enthusiastic and ready for a new challenge!
